Check-in and Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and in all indoor areas. Failure to comply may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartment unless this has been expressly agreed upon in advance.
Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. to ensure your neighbors’ peace and quiet at night.
Cleanliness: Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition. We ask that you wash the dishes and dispose of trash regularly in the designated bins.
Damage: Please notify us immediately of any damage or defects in the apartment. You may be held liable for any damage that occurs during your stay.
Maximum Occupancy: The apartment may only be occupied by the number of people specified at the time of booking. Additional overnight guests are permitted only with prior approval.
Internet Use: Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge. Use for illegal activities is prohibited.
Keys: Please handle the keys with care. If a key is lost, a fee may be charged for replacing the lock.
Trash disposal: Please sort your trash according to local regulations and dispose of it in the designated bins.
