A holiday directly on the water is always an experience, especially when it is a fully furnished holiday home with every comfort.
The large roof terrace with all-round water views and all-day sunshine is a particular highlight. The white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is just a few hundred metres away. The charmingly furnished houseboat ensures a quick arrival and an immediate sense of well-being.
The open and friendly living and dining area on the first floor is the centrepiece of the floating holiday home. Generous window fronts offer a great view of the sailing and sports boat harbour. Sunshine and a fresh sea breeze are always available on the adjoining wooden terrace. The terrace also offers moving views when the sailing and sports boats sail past. From here, an external staircase leads to the 30 m² roof terrace with many hours of sunshine and an all-round view of the marina and the Schlei and Baltic Sea. And for those Nordic days when the weather is bad, there is Telekom's compact home entertainment programme.
The eat-in kitchen adjoining the living area is characterised by a cosy and friendly atmosphere. Here you can cook to your heart's content and give free rein to your creativity.
The sleeping area of the floating holiday home is located on the ground floor. Guests can also enjoy maximum holiday comfort during their restful sleep: In the master bedroom, which is equipped with a double box-spring bed, floor-to-ceiling windows open up new perspectives against the immediate backdrop of the water. A patio door allows you to walk around the house from here. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds; in addition, the sofa bed in the living and dining area offers another spacious sleeping area.
A separate safe is available for valuables.
The floating holiday home is a houseboat with a wellness factor, the Finnish sauna with a view of the water ensures relaxation and the underfloor heating throughout the house promises cosy comfort at any time of year.
There are two private car parking spaces in front of the jetty.
And if you want to come with your boat, you can easily moor at your own boat mooring right next to the house.
Our favourite spot: Relax with a glass of wine in a wicker beach chair on the roof terrace and let your gaze wander into the distance!
