We are fortunate our property did not have any structural damage or flooding to the house. Our home is still easily accessible off of the highway.
**WATER**- We are open for booking- however we are under a BOIL WATER NOTICE from the City of Asheville for the time being. Water can be used (without boiling) for laundry, dish washing, toilet flushing & showering (do not ingest)- the water may appear cloudy. We will provide guests with 1 case of bottled water. Please heed to boil instructions throughout the house and reach out with any and all questions.
Welcome to the Blue Ridge Brewhouse! Our home is nestled just one mile off the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway and less than 10 minutes to downtown Asheville, NC. Whether you're coming to Asheville for the hiking, biking or craft beer scene—you'll be near it all situated on a quiet piece of land.
Our new home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen, & 1 Twin), 2.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, full size washer & dryer and peaceful outdoor spaces. Come stay with us and check out our visitors guide!
