Property is great small amount of units. Pool area is great. Unit also has everything you need. Dishwasher, washer dryer. Super clean building. Be aware unit is up quite a long steep hill with uneven walking. If you are a light sleeper you may have a problem. Cats fighting and dogs barking throughout the night. Either drink lots of tequila or earplugs to ensure a restful night. Still for me a great spot.

Great place!! I felt I was taken care of. I think it definitely caters to residents from Vancouver, the island and western Canada. Lots of restaurants in the area. Be aware… it sits on a substantial hill. I had no problem with it, a little exercise doesn’t hurt. There is a dog issue with constant barking at times and someone likes to run around on a dirt bike with a loud muffler. The building has a good vibe and nice infinity pool. Good walking neighbourhood, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 to the Malecon where you can walk for hours. Id definitely stay there again!

The apartment is nice. Modern amenities. Nice balcony with views to ocean. Roof top pool is nice. Central location. There are dogs that bark. Bring ear plugs. One hill that is fairly sizable to walk up or down. Lots of restaurants in the area. Did find the bed a bit uncomfortable. But overall nice place. Would stay again.You have 1 hill to walk up or down.

Everything was 5 star, from check in to check out. Condo is very clean and has everything you need including a great view to the ocean. Will def consider staying here again.
