    Customer service great. Room was very small for me. Main issue is shared bathroom.

    Felt very unsafe. 3 random people had the code access to our private room and was able to open our room ay night. Very sketchy. Front desk fixed it after we told them about it in the morning. Still shouldn’t have happened though.

    Hostel locationwas very accessible, just 2-3mins walk to Kings Cross station. I enjoyed my stay. Very peaceful. Kudos to the staff(Adrian) for attending to me nicely and politely. Thank you for your great assistance.
