We have used VRBO for over ten years and have experienced many stays around the Phoenix area. Unfortunately, this was not one of the better ones. The location of the property was terrible due to traffic and construction - so much so that it interfered with our sleep throughout the whole stay and forced us to leave early. We did not expect to have pickup trucks and 18-wheelers going behind the house starting at 4:00 in the morning! We were also given the wrong code for the gate and that made the checkin process a mess - not good for us especially after a long drive to get here. It was eventually sorted out, but it took over three hours which was completely unnecessary. The worn out patio furniture in the back yard and lack of any landscaping was not amenable to spending any time there, which is usually a highlight in Arizona. The lack of cable tv was something else we did not enjoy. Perhaps this place will be better once construction is finished, but at present we cannot recommend it due to these reasons.
