About this apartment rental
The vacation rental is located on the upper floor of our house, in a quiet neighborhood on the eastern outskirts of Esens. There is no through traffic. Nevertheless, the location is central. The downtown area, including the pedestrian zone, is within walking distance. The Osthörn bus stop is 200 meters away, with bus connections to the city and to Neuharlingersiel.
The apartment (approx. 55 square meters in total), with a separate entrance, is suitable for 2 people and a baby. It is fully equipped.
ON THE SAME FLOOR, there is another bedroom that can be booked in addition.
This means our guests have a total of two bedrooms at their disposal, accommodating up to 4 adults and child(ren).
A crib, travel crib, and high chair are available for your children. There are also a few toys and books available.
Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge if they sleep in the large bed or in the travel crib in the same room.
If you are traveling as a couple and would like to use the second bedroom as well (separate sleeping arrangements), there is an additional charge of 10.00 per night.
IMPORTANT: For last-minute bookings and stays of up to 3 nights, the full rental price must be paid immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
On the large lawn behind the house, you’ll find a seating area with a beach chair, a large umbrella, and patio furniture for relaxing. For the little ones, there’s a sandbox with some sand toys.
There is also a free parking space for your car right next to the house.
Please note that we do NOT have charging facilities for your electric car.
There are several charging stations available in Esens.
We offer our guests free Wi-Fi access, but cannot guarantee that the Wi-Fi will be free of interference or interruptions. Likewise, we cannot guarantee a specific connection speed.
This apartment is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Please understand that, out of consideration for our guests, we cannot accommodate pets.
Gerhards Vacation Rental:
Our vacation rental (approx. 55 square meters in total), located on the
upper floor of our house with a separate entrance, is suitable for 2 people and a baby. It is fully equipped.
On the same floor, there is an additional bedroom that can be booked along with the apartment. This gives the apartment a total of two bedrooms and allows it to accommodate up to 4 adults and/or child(ren).
The vacation rental is fully equipped:
Kitchenette with pots and pans, dishes, and
cutlery, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a separate
refrigerator. Kitchen towels are included.
The living room features a cozy couch. A TV with satellite connection and a
radio are available, as well as free Wi-Fi. There is a dining area with 4
chairs.
The bedroom is furnished with a
double bed and a closet. Bedding and towels for daily use are included. Please bring your own beach towels or pool towels.
The apartment includes
extra blankets, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, and an iron.PGJyLz4PGJyLz4If you are traveling as a couple and would like to sleep separately—that is, use the second bedroom (on the same level)—a surcharge of 10.00 euros per day applies.
This second bedroom, on the same level, is furnished with a single bed (140 x 200 cm), a pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), and a children’s crib (70 x 140 cm), as well as
a wardrobe, and can accommodate 2 additional people and/or a toddler.
The shower room features a
walk-in shower, toilet, and hair dryer. On the large lawn behind the house, you’ll find a beach chair and
garden furniture for relaxing.
A crib, travel crib, and high chair are available to you in the apartment at no charge. The
staircase is secured with a child safety gate.
We offer our guests free Wi-Fi access, but
cannot guarantee that the Wi-Fi will be available without interference or interruptions.
