Please note this estate combines two units into one house. You will have the entire house to yourself but there are two separate floors with two kitchens. There are no living rooms, dining rooms or shared living spaces in the whole house. This home was designed to replicate a hotel feel at fraction of the price. It maximizes beds and comfortable sleeping arrangements at the expense of shared spaces. It is perfect for families and groups who plan on spending the majority of the time exploring NYC and just need an efficiently priced place for the group to sleep at night.

Conveniently located and affordable, if you’re a large group and have transportation to New York for sightseeing. Not a-lot of room for common space gathering. Best if you just need to lay your head somewhere and will be out during the day.Free parking is a plus, property could use some maintenance with flooring, window, coverings, walls and ceilings. One of the restrooms seems like it is a porch addition, and is quite chilly in the winter. Having both floors was a benefit with two kitchens. Radiator’s & heat, in the winter can be noisy. Ltd closets with ability to hang clothes, but rooms were spacious.Small bathrooms, but the bidets were a plus, communication with property management was excellent, maintenance came out once immediately addressed concern. Neighborhood has good food choices within walking distance, friendly people-and a Costco within 4 minutes.
