About this house rental
An unbelievable and uninterrupted view of the Bathurst region awaits you upon the arrival at the residence. A modern family home including 6 bedrooms, 2 separate living areas, a heated pool, plus a private alfresco flowing off the open family room with vaulted ceilings. Ducted heating & cooling system ensures you're comfortable all year round. The master bedroom has an oversized ensuite. Our home is 900m to the closest pub. 450m to the nearest cafes and shops. 1.9km to Bathurst CBD and 6km to Mount Panorama. There are two garage spaces, two off-street parking spaces, and an abundance of kerb side parking available in a quiet cul-de-sac.

This property was only a short distance to Bathurst's centre and Mount Panorama where our team was working for the Bathurst 12 Hour event. There were enough beds to accommodate five adults and the living and dining areas were spacious enough to allow everyone to relax comfortably after a long day of work. The property's location was perfect for our needs, providing both convenience and a peaceful retreat. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor space offered a lovely area for unwinding in the evening. The pool was also well received - shout-out to the property manager who had even left the heating on for us! Overall, this property provided an excellent balance of proximity to key locations and a comfortable, welcoming environment for our team. My only suggestion would be adding heavier window treatments in several bedrooms as the mornings are very bright. Otherwise, this home would suit a large family or several families holidaying together.

We have only positive feedback! Location was perfect (walking distance to the knockout and a short drive to town), it was very clean, spacious and the view and pool were a great bonus.
