About this apartment rental
Come aboard, the SPINNAKER flat welcomes you! Situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this ground floor flat welcomes children aged 10 and over and impresses with a fantastic view of the water and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace.

A bright and friendly atmosphere welcomes you. Furnished with modern, high-quality furniture, it's easy to feel at home here straight away. Some lovingly selected maritime details contribute to this. The combined kitchen/living/dining area with its floor-to-ceiling windows and adjoining terrace fascinates with a stunning view over the marina. The harbour cinema provides entertainment during a convivial barbecue evening or romantic candlelight dinner. Feasting right on the water, pure holiday feeling.
Wellness lovers will also get their money's worth: an infrared cabin with hi-fi sound system and a relaxing whirlpool invite you to unwind after a walk on the beach. Underfloor heating promises comfort at any time of year.
The two cosy bedrooms are furnished with box-spring double beds and offer access to the second terrace.
In front of the house there is a private car park including a charging station and a private bicycle shed. The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor.
