About this apartment rental
This is a private room in my apartment where I live. Room is equipped with a comfy queen-size mattress bed, two closets, and a bookshelf with some space on the bottom for extra storage. A vertical mirror stand is also available in the room. I have a portable AC available if needed, however, there is a ceiling fan available and does a great job on its own on a hot day.
Washroom has a toilet that is all for the guests, however the shower is shared as it is the only one in the apartment. Kitchen is equipped with all animates for cooking (you're more than welcome to use my wide selections of spices if you'd like to cook). Fridge is spacious.
Living room is cozy with a comfy sofa that can turn into a bed if needed. TV available with access to movies, series, and live TV. Balcony has a nice view on 17th Ave, with a small patio set available if you'd like to enjoy your coffee or meal outdoors. A small work space is available next to the living room where I have my desk and monitor screen, along with a very comfy office chair (you can use them if needed).
Location of the apartment is great. Right off 4 street and 17th Ave, a short 10-15 mins walk to Stampede grounds, you are in the heart of all the action in Calgary. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to try within walking distance.
Parking is available on the street as well as a paid public parking lot right in front (early birds can get a whole day there for $10). E-scooters are available everywhere around if you'd like to park and not worry about taking your car anywhere within e-scooter range.

I had a lovely stay at this cozy apartment on 15th Ave. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything. The home was clean and welcoming, with a host who made sure we had everything we needed. While the basics were provided, a few bathroom supplies would have been a nice touch. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay.
