Located on the top floor (6th floor) with an elevator, this charming apartment features:

a large, sheltered 10 m² south-facing balcony (very bright).
You’ll especially appreciate its practicality, natural light, and open view.
Everything you need for a great stay is provided: Wi-Fi, hairdryer, TV, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, microwave, oven, iron, and more.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment also comes with a secure parking space inside the residence.

shops right at the bottom of the residence (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.);

We offer early check-in or late check-out for an extra €15 (up to 2 hours before/after the scheduled time), then €5 per additional hour. Options are subject to availability.

## Emplacement
Toulouse, nicknamed the "Pink City", is a city in southwestern France, in the Occitanie region. The city's historic center is a maze of narrow streets, lively squares and historic buildings. Toulouse is also known for its gastronomy, producing foie gras, cassoulet and sausages, as well as local wines. The city is home to Europe's aerospace industry, with major companies such as Airbus and CNES. Last but not least, Toulouse also offers plenty of opportunities for leisure and relaxation, with its parks and gardens, historic sites and the Canal du Midi.
