About this house rental
Visit Eugene in a unique 2 acre property with private access to the Willamette River path, within in city limits. Stay in a family house with 2 baths and a fully furnished kitchen, close to downtown Eugene and the U of O. There are no pets allowed inside the home, in case pet allergies are a concern. We will consider pets that can be kept in the garage or in the enclosed backyard.
The house has beds for 7 adults and an 8th on a folding twin mattress on the floor. We have made exceptions for additional guests for a fee. Please ask if your party is larger than 8.
Bedrooms include: 1) 1x King bed with en suit bathroom with tub/shower and bidet toilet. Dresser drawers will be cleared for your use 2) full bed in kids room, white drawers will be cleared for your use. 3) Guest room has 2 comfortable twin beds (one pulls out from under the daybed) 4) office with a queen bed and 2x monitors on a work desk available to use with your laptop.
The kitchen has most every appliance you would want, ask if you have a specific need. There is plenty of surface parking, and covered space for up to 3 vehicles. The garage is used for storage and not available for parking. Laundry is located in the garage. Outdoor chairs and a picnic table enable pleasant summer meals outside.
