About this cottage rental
This former inn welcomes you for a 100% change of scenery, less than an hour from Paris. In the Grand Morin valley, between vineyards and leisure activities, this 160m2 hybrid place is a real refuge.
On the banks of the Grand Morin river, enjoy a bucolic setting, nestled in the heart of the valley, with a view of the water, the vegetation and the wheat fields. Located near an Eiffel bridge closed to traffic, calm is always the order of the day.
Whether it's for a stay with family or friends, a private reception and/or a professional event, the setting adapts to all desires. When you book, the premises are automatically privatized, so that you are the only ones to enjoy it.
The gîte
Outside: gardens, trees, the river ... in short, green! To make the most of it, removable pergolas, a brazier and fairy lights are available, for a guinguette and country atmosphere! As a bonus, a huge shaded terrace with bar and fridges promises you memorable moments of conviviality!
Inside, a semi-professional kitchen with everything you need to prepare good meals and a large lounge (former restaurant room) with billiards and table football...
Upstairs, you can accommodate 11 people in the 4 bedrooms and the relaxing living room (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 family room with double bed (futon) and single bed, 2 bedrooms with single beds and living room with double sofa bed).
The cottage also offers a bathroom with 2 separate showers, 2 separate toilets, and everything you need to do laundry, ironing... in short, feel at home! All this in a vintage atmosphere that has kept all its charm.
Location
Under its "end of the world" air, the cottage is ideally located:
1 hour by car from Paris via the A4 (and only 45 minutes by direct train from Paris-Est)
20 minutes from Disney, Val d'Europe and Village Nature
just a few minutes from local 👇 points of interest
Activities
You can visit Guérard, labeled "village of character" and discover its vineyard in full renaissance... or Crécy-la-Chapelle, rightly nicknamed "the Venice of Briard", a city of water and a city of art with its many galleries...
Notice to epicureans, the region is full of addresses to visit the producers (micro-brewery 5 minutes walk away)! The more sporty will opt for a green-fee at the Crécy golf course, or a bike ride in the hillsides, but you can also discover the area from the river, by opting for a canoe getaway (possibility to board directly from the cottage: contact us).
We don't forget the children who will find their happiness at Parrot World...
