It was completely remodeled in February 2025, and features a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, cable, and free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig and drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the other items needed to create your favorite family meals. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a flat-screen TV, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a full size shower combination. The guest room offers two queen beds and a separate bathroom. Relax on your private balcony while soaking in views of SanRoc Cay marina or take a dip in the pool that is just steps from your balcony. The property is ideal for families, ladies' weekends, or golf and fishing trips!
Enjoy the boating lifestyle. Bring your boat; while it may not be docked at Charter Landing, you can rent a slip only steps away at REEL SURPRISE CHARTERS/MARINA in SanRoc Cay,(reservation required). Or if you prefer, rent a pontoon boat or enjoy a fully crewed charter trip, all right there at the marina. The unit is walking distance to several wonderful restaurants at SanRoc Cay. Explore nearby attractions like Tanger Outlet stores in Foley, The Wharf with its shopping, restaurants, and concerts, or the OWA Amusement Park. This place was exactly as described. Freshly updated, plenty of room for my spouse and I, everything we needed for our stay for the week.

We enjoyed the condo and it was beautifully decorated! The only issue was for the length of our stay, we had to purchase basic necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels etc. We stayed for 6 nights. We then had to leave the extra TP etc because we did not want to pack it home.

Typically we stay beachfront with all the hustle and bustle of elevators and finding parking. Decided to try something different, thank goodness we did! It was SO nice to wake up and go straight to the pool! Very quiet area. Beautiful scenery in the evenings. Restaurants are just across the dock. Loved the experience!
