Welcome to Evergreen On Main in the Heart of Downtown Blowing Rock!
Evergreen On Main is a dream getaway spot in the heart of popular downtown Blowing Rock. With two balconies, two bedrooms, two baths, and a spacious great room overlooking the action in the center of the village. Find yourself close to restaurants, cafe's, shopping, and parks all within steps from this elevator building constructed in 2020.
The spacious great room has a wall of window revealing the charming street scene below. An attractive stone fireplace with a big flat-screen TV above are focal points for the comfortable contemporary seating area. Adjacent to the living room is a window-flanked dining area with a round table and chairs. The state-of-the-art galley kitchen with a granite-topped bar with stools and granite counters with custom cabinets is fully equipped. Nearby is a bedroom with a private balcony, king-sized bed, side tables, and a generous storage chest. Adjoining is an en suite bath with a granite-topped vanity and a large tile shower with clear glass doors. The second bedroom enjoys access to a private balcony overlooking the charming street scene in Blowing Rock. A queen bed, nightstands, and a generous closet create a comfortable atmosphere. There is a washer/dryer niche in the hall between the bedrooms. The foyer has a place to hang coats and is just off the elevator lobby. Park your car in the designated covered space in the garage below. Ride the elevator to your dream escape!
The condo offers central heat and air, wifi, and guests can log into their personal streaming accounts on any of the three TV's. One Dog is allowed to be included with a reservation, additional pet fees apply.

We loved our stay! There are so many things to list but, here I go: (1) Everything is crisp and relatively new from the comfy furniture to the appliances. The owner has it tastefully decorated to provide a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. (2) The condo is huge! We were very surprised the moment we walked in the door. (3) It's right in downtown Blowing Rock so you walk out your door to enjoy all the wonderful shops, restaurants and even a great hike (i.e., Glen Burney Falls). (4) Covered parking with a dedicated space. (5) Comfortable beds which a good host knows is so important! We all got great sleep. (5) The bathrooms are pristine both with walk-in showers. The towels provided were think and fluffy. (6) It was a little chilly on both nights we stayed and we enjoyed the gas fireplace which fired-up with the simple flick of a switch. The only few negatives, and these weren't serious enough to take off points: (A) The shower pressure is low. (B)The Town Tavern (right next door) is a great place to eat but, it can get a little noisy at night. As mentioned, this did not keep us from a good night's rest and (C) The balcony chairs are rusting and we were hesitant to sit in them even after cleaning them. Overall, we highly recommend this condo for your next trip to Blowing Rock. Our daughter thought this was one of the most relaxing short vacations we've taken together!

We were so pleased with our evergreen on main. Immediately after booking, I received a call from the management group checking in and answering any questions. The property location is the best! So walkable. Shopping and dining 100% amazing! It was so spacious and so clean! We will recommend to family and friends and will make a return visit for sure. Thank you for a great visit to Blowing Rock.

Lovely condo,great location, easy drive to Boone. street noise was definitely noticeable. Music and noise from the Tavern next door could be a bother for those with early bed times.Door code did not work when we arrived, fans in bedrooms not working, door lock malfunctioned and had to deactivated. We had to use key from lock box.Hard to get in touch with manager but when they finally answered they were helpful. If you need overflow parking, there is none except for one spot on the street that also has a 3 hour limit notice
