Nearby you'll find a range of sporting facilities, including a golf driving range and Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre. St Kilda Beach is around a 15-minute tram ride, where you can take a walk along the pier, enjoy a dip in the sea baths, or visit nearby Luna Park and the Palais Theatre, while the CBD can also be reached by tram in around 15 minutes.
