This home was updated in 2019 (no more 70s) with an open-concept spacious feel. The house is perfectly located the middle of all the activities, in Phase 2 development of newer homes. Requiring identification allows us to verify that residents meet the 55+ age requirement and do not have children under 19 stay longer than 2 weeks, as mandated by our HOA rules. This helps to maintain a peaceful and harmonious living environment for all residents who have chosen this 55+ community as their home. By enforcing these guidelines, we aim to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere where residents can enjoy their well-deserved retirement years without any disruptions or conflicts.
