Overall everything was great, the house was amazing in a great neighborhood. I want to thank for owner for being an awesome person who is also a great communicator.

The house definitely needs some work done. The master shower has black mold. The top of the stairs is a hazard and needs to be fixed. Needs more seating and tv’s in the bedrooms. The house is big enough but needs a lot of attention.
