New Year's 2026/2027 – Minimum package of 7 nights – R$ 157,500.00 + cleaning fee, utility costs, and staff daily rates
Carnival 2027 – Minimum package of 5 nights – R$ 172,500
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The property has a daily pool attendant and 2 staff members (caretaker and maid), not included in the reservation price.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is required and will be refunded within 2 business days after checkout.
All prices and availability must be confirmed directly with the owner based on the client's request.
A LUXOBRASIL representative will meet the client at the property at a pre-scheduled time.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM.

After-parties and pets are not allowed on the property.
The property allows a maximum of 12 guests for rental, including children.
