Just renovated apartment on Costa Brava beach 5 min + parking + swimming pool

Spend your perfect vacations in this beautiful renovated apartment located in a calm neighborhood just in 5 minutes from the beach. Closest beaches are Fenals and Sa Boadella. You will also find amazing Santa Clotilde Gardens in 10-minutes walking distance. The centre of Lloret de Mar with its loud discos and bars is just in 15-20 minutes by walk, so you will not miss anything.

Underground parking place is free for our guests. It is suitable for regular cars: its height is limited to 2.20 meters. Please see the photo.

All furniture is brand new and was chosen with care and love.

The apartment includes 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and a bunk bed which better suits for kids but the upper level is fine for some adults too (each bed size is 90*200 cm). There is also a nice convertible sofa which can accomodate 2 people. So, for comforable accomodation we would recommend to book our flat for no more than 5 adults.

The living room includes American-style kitchen with all appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, coffe maker, kettler, microwave oven, oven, and cooking surface. Tableware, glasses for wine and champagne, shots, and all possible utensils are here for your service.

Of course, you'll have access to WiFi, TV, and air conditioning.

Bus stop is very close and you will be able to easily reach Blanes, Girona, Barcelona, Tossa de Mar and many other magnificent places on Costa Brava.
