The Tipsy Tortuga Condo at Grand Caribbean West is exactly what the name implies - an intoxicatingly fun vacay getaway. Located in beautiful Perdido Key, famous for world class beaches of fine white sand and the glittering blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. This charming ground floor unit has 1 bedroom and 1 bath and walks out onto the pool area. The beach is just footsteps away via a convenient beach access for Grand Caribbean guests. Sit out on the patio and listen to the sound of the waves as you sip on your favorite beverage and contemplate just how wonderful this beach really is.
Previously enjoyed only by the owners, this condo is updated with tranquil new paint colors, new countertops, cabinets and flooring. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers contemporary stainless appliances. The entire condo interior has a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and hitting the ole "reset button". Besides the primary bedroom, there are fun twin sized bunk beds in the hallway. This could be a comfortable getaway for a couple, for a family or a few friends who need some Vitamin Sea.
Amenities include a resort style pool (that is heated in the Winter), BBQ grills, soaking spa and beach access, but it also has a fantastic location very near Gulf Islands National Seashore. Johnson Beach is a marvel with 8 miles of pristine, undeveloped beach and access to both the gulf and the quiet water of the intracoastal waterway. Perdido Key has multiple public beach accesses and miles of undeveloped park land to admire as you drive towards the Alabama state line.
There is shopping and dining to enjoy and local attractions to explore. Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach are both short drives away with even more to explore and enjoy. Guests of PKRM are invited to enjoy complimentary excursions like golfing at Lost Key Golf Course. Our local waterways are known as a boaters paradise so be sure to try to enjoy Perdido Key from the water.
