Stay close to the best of Tomakin at this modern, single-level four-bedroom coastal home, just a short, flat walk to three beaches, the river, boat ramp, café and club. Sleeping up to 8 guests, Tomakin Tonic offers two separate living areas, ducted heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, a sunny outdoor area and a double garage. With two king and two queen bedrooms, it’s an easy and comfortable base for families or friends exploring the South Coast.
The Space:
Modern, spacious and all on one level, Tomakin Tonic is designed for relaxed and easy coastal stays, with plenty of room for families and groups to spread out.
The open-plan kitchen, dining and main living area provides a bright and comfortable space to come together, with direct access to the sunny outdoor patio and seating area. Enjoy slow breakfasts, casual meals, afternoon drinks or simply relax here after a day at the beach.
The modern kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with generous bench space and a second fridge providing plenty of room for food and drinks when travelling with a larger group.
A separate second living and media area gives everyone a little more flexibility during their stay. With games, books and DVDs available, it’s a great additional space for families, longer stays or simply when guests want somewhere quieter to unwind.
All four bedrooms are comfortably appointed, with the main bedroom featuring a walk-in robe and private ensuite with double basins and heated towel rails. The main bathroom includes a large bathtub, and an additional powder room makes mornings and evenings easier when the home is full.

Linen and bath towels are provided. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

Outside, the sunny patio provides a relaxed spot to enjoy the coastal air, while the double lock-up garage offers secure off-street parking.

Wonderful family stay at Tomakin TomicWe had a fantastic family vacation at Tomakin Tomic. The house was deceptively spacious — much bigger than we expected from the photos when we arrived. It was beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay for seven adults and one small baby.The kitchen was fully equipped with high‑quality appliances, which made meal prep easy and enjoyable. Having access to the garage was a huge bonus for storing our surfboards and stand‑up paddle boards.The location was perfect. The Rivermouth coffee shop around the corner served excellent morning coffee, and we were less than a five‑minute walk to the beautiful Tomakin Cove for snorkelling and to Barlings Beach, which sometimes puts on a good surf.We had a wonderful stay and truly couldn’t fault it. Highly recommended.

Perfect long weekend getaway. 4 large bedrooms with queen/ king beds. Beautiful kitchen and living spaces and a great outdoor entertaining area. Cannot fault.
