- NO SMOKING inside the unit - Heavy fines for evidence of smoking.
- No pets allowed.
- Park only in your designated spot. You can find details in the Welcome Guide.
- Quiet time after 10 pm - Please be considerate of our neighbors and minimize loud noises.
- Help us conserve energy and turn off ACs and lights when leaving for extended periods.

It was one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at… and well stocked with everything we needed. It was in walking distance from Atlantis which was great! It would have been nice to have some chairs outside to sit on. (Although the scenery from the front patio is not great.). Overall, we would stay there again.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. AC worked very well. Bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit too fluffy but we found some that were comfortable. Fridge was nice and big, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave worked well, and seemed brand new. We had all the necessities that we needed and then some (minus shampoo and conditioner) but we were able to pick some up. Not sure where the pool was though but we didn’t spend a lot of time on the property anyway. Water pressure was great and water was nice a hot.
