Welcome to 34 Caddisfly Court, nestled on the banks of the French Broad River! Tucked directly behind Headwaters Outfitters, in Rosman, NC, this charming retreat offers the ideal escape for fishing enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Upon arrival to Caddisfly Court, unit 34 is the second of 3 cabins and has dedicated parking for 1 vehicle.
Step inside and discover a simple one room cabin with modern finishes and everything you need for a comfortable adventure. A queen-sized bed accommodates 1 or 2 guests. A mini fridge, single induction burner for cooking, basic pots and pans, lightweight dishes, and Keurig allow for light meal preparation inside the cabin. A smart TV is provided for guests to utilize their own streaming accounts, but with the river outside you probably won't want to turn it on! The covered porch overlooking the river is an ideal spot to sip morning coffee, enjoy the sights and sounds of the river, or soak in the private hot tub at the end of the day.
For fishing enthusiasts, the French Broad River is just steps away. You can even book guided fishing trips with Headwaters Outfitters! Beyond fishing, the surrounding area is known for hiking, mountain biking, and many other ways to enjoy the great outdoors. We loved our stay at the cabin. Everything was clean and comfortable. The space was perfect for a weekend getaway. We especially enjoyed the deck and hot tub. Great location, it was easy to get to trails and restaurants. Highly recommend

This cabin had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The cabins are on the smaller side, which surprised me a bit since I was staying before a conference and had clothes and a suitcase to manage. Now that I know, I will just pack lighter next time.
Waking up to the view is spectacular, and sleeping with the doors open while listening to the river is pretty hard to beat.
There is a Keurig in the room. A couple of starter pods would be a nice touch since I do not use one at home and arrived unprepared. That said, there is a great little coffee truck about a minute away and they do not mind if you show up in your jammies and robe at 7 a.m.
I will definitely stay here again. The hot tub on the deck while enjoying the view is a really nice bonus.
