- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Had an extremely good time. Watching the sunrise over the water and watching the moon rise over the water both are fantastic memories for me and my wife. We also brought our 2 1/2 year-old with us which was their first experience with the lake. The only thing that I could say is that I would’ve liked to see the dressers anchored to the walls, but it was such a minor inconvenience that it couldn’t possibly take a star away from our experience.
