Experience easy living while staying at “Villa on 5th Ave in Paradise,” a newly built 3+ bedroom, 2.5 bathroom tropical retreat just 20 minutes from Hilo, Liliuokalani Park and Garden, Carlsmith Beach Park and Wailoa River State Park. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this vacation rental house boasts 2800 square feet of coastal charm complete with a lanai. Enjoy the proximity to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Rainbow Falls, Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden and much more.
In addition to the king sized bed, the master bedroom features a twin pullout chair. In addition to 2 full size beds, the guest room features 2 twin size pullout chairs. please note that we provide linens based on how many guests are on your reservation! The spacious modern kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and gorgeous floors throughout are what we love about this house.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances , free WiFi, 2 parking spaces in the driveway, and indoor laundry facilities.
-Please read and abide the house rules posted at the property.
-Please keep noise levels down between 9pm to 8am.
-House-keeping may be available at an additional fee for longer stays.
-Early check in is available for an additional $40.00, please let us know if you'd like to check in your bags early.

We had a great stay in this new house about 25 minutes from Hilo. The house is comfortable and modern and had all the amenities that kept our family of 6 comfortable during our stay. It’s a short 3 minute drive down to the water and some amazing sunrises over the ocean with waves crashing on the rocks. Be a bit cautious pulling into the driveway as there is a lip on it that can damage your car if not taken slowly. Great stay near Hilo!
