No matter the reason or the season, your mountain lake escape awaits at Black Bear Haus Chalet. Nestled amongst the trees in the desirable Moonridge neighborhood, this 3-story vacation rental features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft, and stunning views.
The entry level features the primary ensuite bedroom with a wood beam ceiling, electric fireplace, one King Bed, one queen bed, a shower over tub, and double vanity sinks.
The second level is great for entertaining and lounging after a long day on the slopes or trails and features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table that seats 8, a wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights, plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, vaulted wood beam ceilings, and soaring windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer stunning views. The third level features the second bedroom with two full-sized beds and a versatile open loft with a desk area - perfect for any guests working remotely, a mini pool table/convertible ping pong table, and additional seating for curling up with a good book or a cozy spot for the kiddos to watch a show on their iPad.

We had an incredible stay . The place was cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing escape. We especially loved the spacious living area, the fireplace, and the outdoor deck—perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. The location was peaceful yet close enough to town and the lake. The hosts were responsive, and made check-in super easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect retreat in Big Bear!
