About this apartment rental
This cosy holiday home is pleasantly located just outside De Haan, within walking distance of a supermarket. With comfortable bedrooms, a private terrace, and a communal garden with play equipment, it offers the ideal setting for a carefree holiday with friends and family. Children can play and cycle safely in the residential area, where a green square with a large sandbox provides extra fun. Two private parking spaces, one with a carport, are available. De Haan, also known as De Haan aan Zee, is a charming seaside resort on the Belgian coast. It is famous for belle-époque-style villas and mansions that exude nostalgic charm. Stroll through the atmospheric streets, relax in La Potinière park, or spend a day on the wide sandy beach and dunes, perfect for walking, sunbathing, and enjoying the sea air. The house has a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, so you can prepare your favourite dishes independently, and in peace and quiet, after a fun day in the beautiful region. Enjoy a cosy evening in the living room with TV and seating area before ending the holiday day in style with a drink of your choice. The house also has 2 private parking spaces at the house, 1 with a carport. The children can safely cycle, play and romp within the residential area. There is a grass square with a large sandbox in the middle square.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

The appartement is very spacious, one bedroom on the lower level, two on the top. Generally, it was very clean, but the beds (pillows and mattress covers) had some significant staining. I gave immediate feedback to the management, which they responded to via email, but did not provide fresh pillows.Property management left it to us to figure out how to dispose of our garbage, which in De Panne you will need either an App (European phone provider is required), or you should have a card that probably each property owner has (which was not provided). It took us some time to find a place where we could dispose our trash. Bummer at the end of a lovely time at the beach.Nice home, great location, disappointing management

Lovely apartment - sheets were dirty and toaster fused house and oven didn’t work and the garage situation is a nightmare
