The accommodation is located in Portoscuso, less than 5 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Portopaglietto, the Port and the naturist Cliff of Portoscuso. The area is served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.



The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms, balcony and terrace.



Villa of 120 sqm located on two levels. Attention to internal stairs if you are traveling with children.

- BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine;

- TERRACE with table and chairs.



SECOND LEVEL:

- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, TV, split A/C, balcony;

- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, small TV, clothes stand, split A/C, access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM 3 with two single beds, wardrobe, split A/C;

- BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet, toilet;

- BALCONY.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, heating via split A/ C, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Portoscuso, located along the south-western coast of Sardinia, is a fishing village known for its rich maritime heritage and the surrounding natural beauty. The heart of Portoscuso is centered around its lively Marina, just 2.3 km from the accommodation. The promenade is the perfect place for relaxing walks with sea views, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops offering local produce.



Main distances:

- Marina: 30 minutes on foot or 7 minutes by car;

- Portopaglietto beach: 4 minutes by car or 21 minutes on foot;

- Spanish Tower: 5 minutes by car;



In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach all the main services: bar, restaurant, supermarkets and pharmacy.



- From Cagliari Elmas Airport, the best way to reach the accommodation is by taxi (about 59 minutes) or by car.



- From Cagliari Station, you can take the bus Line 803 PORTOSCUSO Piano di zona and proceed to the stop Portoscuso Piano Di Zona just 8 minutes on foot.



- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included. However you can park for free or pay (blue stripes) in the street (NOT guaranteed).
