About this house rental
Perfectly located on a very quiet cul de sac. The house is walking distance to Bowring Park and less than a 10 minute drive to the heart of Downtown. This 3 bedroom 2 bath house will feel like home! Enjoy the walking trails and nature that the area has to offer while still being conveniently located to shopping and tourist attractions. Across the street is the popular old railway walking trail that leads to Bowring Park. The backyard is private and perfect to enjoy BBQing or relaxing!

The neighborhood is charming and quiet. There are several walking trails around including the old train tracks walking trail that leads to Bowring Park.
- 20 minute walk from Waterwest Kitchen and Meats where you sit down to eat at their popular restaurant or pick up something for the BBQ in their butcher shop.
- 40 minute walk to one of the most beautiful parks in St. John's - Bowring Park.
- Less than a 10 minute drive to George and Duckworth Street.
- 30 minute walk to the Village Mall.
- Less than a 20 minutes drive to Cape Spear.

Cleaners had not left keys, so we could not check in on time. Host rectified quickly and did fairly compensate us for the inconvenience. The back yard furniture needs to be upgraded. Overall a good stay.
