It had everything we needed for a stay and more, good communication and lovely welcoming hosts who are thoughtful and friendly. Well thought out, clean, comfortable bed & warm. We look forward to returning, thank you.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ashgrove Farm. Julie was fantastic, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and Snoopy was a sweetheart. Julie's son was very friendly and took time out of his busy day to have a chat.
The accommodation was very cosy and had everything needed to be a home away from home.
We walked our dog to the castle, just down the road, and had a good look around, it was a pity that it was locked on our last morning.
There is also a small enclosed community green area with picnic tables.
The location is really good with a short drive to the main A40 to explore the area.
I would recommend the walk at Canaston Woods, really lovely scenery and plenty of tracks to follow. Be mindful that there was a 1.9m height barrier to the car park but there is a small layby just outside.
Overall, exceptionally happy with our stay and will be back.
