We arrived to a warm greeting from the host Anna-Maria and her gorgeous dogs (which I loved as I have my own dogs).
The premises and gardens are breathtaking! Every care has been taken to maintain the house, Trullis and gardens as well as the pool. There are even tennis racquets and balls to borrow free of charge on the tennis court - which is lovely, set amongst the fig trees and near to the train line.
We opted for the two bedroomed apartment - and this was gorgeous! However, the Trullis looked so lovely - we never got to look inside them.
Due to the fact that they had their own kitchens, we wished we had chosen to stay in a Trulli - the only thing that put me off this when booking was that it said they had double beds and not Queen or King beds - unfortunately, being used to a large bed at home means we cannot sleep in anything smaller!
Overall I would recommend this place. It is equidistant from Locorotondo and Martina Franca - both very gorgeous places to have a wander and go for dinner Parking in Martina Franca can be a nightmare though!
This place is also only a few miles from Alberobello (bit too touristy for me but beautiful all the same!).
