It offers a magnificent view of Bream Bay from the front patio and is only a stone throw away from a fantastic sandy beach.
Perfect for swimming, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and surfcasting which is also popular, or just a stroll along the beach.
There are a number of walking tracks, the most popular one is the Langs Beach to Waipu Cove costal walk'. The Langs Beach scenic reserve bush track walk is also attracting popularity.
The Cove Cafe is only 3 kms away and provides a variety of menus.
There are several restaurants at Waipu including the very popular Pizza Barn.

We had a fabulous stay at David’s. I’ve never experienced such hospitality and helpfulness. There was ample breakfast items, a lovely bottle of wine for us and everything we could need. The view from the patio front deck was beautiful too. Then the icing on the cake was David’s family driving us and picking us up from Waipu Cove as I couldn’t book a taxi. Thanks so much, my mum had the best stay and won’t stop talking about it!

We stayed two nights at this lovely and spacious Langs Beach property.The property was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view across the water to Whangarei Heads was amazing.Many thanks for a memorable weekend!

I highly recommend this property for anyone to stay at. The accommodation is generously sized with lots of room for family and friends. There are lots of lovely touches to help make the stay even more special.The hosts are friendsly and kind plus go out of their way to help.We'll definitely book again. Thank you!stsy
