    My stay at Claytown Pension House was really great. Clean, spacious, overflowing coffee, 24/7 mineral water and delicious silog meals. The aircon and room was well-maintained. The staff were courteous. The lobby area has a spacious area for guest to seat and relax. They only offered breakfast. But, you can buy food delivery and eat near the lobby because they provide spacious area for any guest to use the dining tables and chairs. Claytown Pension House provides the amenities of a 4 star Hotel. They deserve to be called “Claytown Hotel”. Affordable, Quality facilities and excellent service worth the Value for money.

    It was very nice to have the accomodation in quiet and cosy location! We recharged our batteries and continued our adventure! Recommend !

    Location is good. Walking distance to laundromat, vegetarian restaurant and a little further a a great coffee place for nomads. 7 eleven, a mart and Crispy Kings across the Rd. The water pressure was low and the breakfast was basic but included in the price.

    I stayed there for a few days. For two consecutive days, they didn’t put new sets of toiletries. When I complained about this later, the staff member insisted that she put the new toiletries. I was speechless. I had no any motivation to lie. The thing is that I didn’t record everything when I came back to the room. The room and the desk are both small. I searched for the new toiletries for a long time. I promise they didn’t put new sets. Also, I asked them not to wake me up for the breakfast, but they still woke me up two days later. I think the point is that they are so lack of service awareness. The manager said even if the staff forgot, it is normal because people are imperfect and I could just help with their work by complaint and all would be fine. Excuse me? It’s not a guest’s duty to do so much for the hotel!!!
