Close to hiking and biking trails, this smoke-free cottage brings it all within reach. High Weald is an easy 14-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make the 21-minute drive to Devonshire Park Lawn Tennis Club.
Once you get back, you can enjoy your surroundings with the garden and BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the TV and DVD player.
The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop and a refrigerator, as well as a microwave, cookware, and a toaster. And because there's a washing machine, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include heating and wardrobe or closet.

Very quiet and peaceful. Garden well maintained.

Nice quiet location that is centrally placed to visit all the tourist spots of East Sussex. Enormous grounds of the main house to explore and walk. Probably not suited for wheelchair users due to floor differences between bedroom/lounge area and kitchen and bathroom.
