About this cottage rental

Close to hiking and biking trails, this smoke-free cottage brings it all within reach. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 10-minute walk to Cromford Mill, or easily tackle the quick 2-minute drive to Gulliver's Kingdom.

After you return, you can unwind in the garden or sip a drink in the picnic area. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi.

We loved the little village of Cromford and we may of overlooked it if we hadn’t stayed here. Cafes and a couple of pubs within walking distance. We were worried about parking with it being Easter, but it wasn’t an issue. It was a great place to stay to explore the Peak District. Cannot fault the hosts, we had everything we needed plus a couple added extras always welcome after a long drive !!

A lovely little ex-mill-workers cottage. The owners have extensively researched the history which makes interesting reading. Some "essential" supplies were provided, most welcoming. A generous supply of towels, dressing gowns more like a high-class hotel all impressed. The village centre is a few minutes walk down the hill with good pubs for food and ale. Our only reservation was the shower over the tub which was very high to climb into. As a couple in our seventies this was potentially unsafe, we felt. Three night stay while exploring an area we had not visited before, very enjoyable short stay.
