We chose this place for its excellent location: Very close to our own lot while working on it. The house is small, basically a single-wide manufactured home; but it has all the necessaries except a laundry and dishwasher which we didn’t need. It’s very clean, and the owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The bedroom doesn’t have its own HVAC, so we slept on the pull-out sofa in the main room. This place is good for two guests or a small fam. The lake is nearby, and it’s only 45 minutes to Sonora — an historic mining town with great shops & eateries. We will use it again, since it meets our needs perfectly, is priced fairly, and very clean with a great owner.
