Wonderful stay here with my husband from 11-18 January. The apartment itself was terrific and fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. It also had one the best showers I have experienced anywhere. The location of the apartments is fantastic and we were able to walk into the main city area within around 30 minutes. It is also close to two main bus routes that will take you pretty much anywhere you want to go. I must also make a special mention to the guys who run the complex. They were so incredibly helpful and friendly. Carlos, in particular, took time on our first day to tell us all about the local bus routes, the tram and how to get to different places. It made such a difference and helped us to make the most of the week that we had there and to see everything. We will definitely go to this beautiful city again and will stay at the El Palmeral. Try out the Spanish restaurant nearby, ‘Abrego’. It was recommended by Carlos and was terrific.

We had an amazing stay! Really recommend this place for families with little kids. I would strongly encourage having your own vehicle to drive around though.

The building and the apartment itself was very well presented with everything needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The apartment was really clean with plenty of towels if you needed them. The toiletries were eco friendly and you could get more from the housekeeper if you wanted to. The bed lovely and comfortable and there was plenty of storage for clothing if you needed it.
The surroundings were splendid, so many fabulous palm trees that when by the pool you would not think you were in a residential area.
My balcony looked over the pool area it was a great way to start the day sat looking over an oasis.
Great location as long as you were not expecting bars and restaurants very close by and I wasn’t.
I would recommend and would return. Gracias to the team for a great stay.
