Very clean, like everywhere in and out properties. the property manager is very welcoming us and proactively approaching us to plan our stay. Introduce the surroundings, get us familiar with the neighborhood, the sceneries, make our 1st trip easier.
The location is budget friendly.

I'm not going to lie this accommodation is only suitable to those who are mobile, don't mind walking up steps or who have access to a car. This is clearly outlined by the property so it shouldn't come as a surprise.
The area is lovely and picturesque, much better than Amalfi, which is just around the corner.

Villa Rosa was nice but the hill to get to the main road is vertical. They have no way to help you get to the top especially when it is time to leave with your luggage. Luciano luckily helped us with some of our luggage, but you would think with a vertical hill they would have something. The small town below doesn’t offer many different options for food, but the views are spectacular. Overall it was fine, but it’s very remote and the location is inconvenient.
