If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at either Turin Porta Nuova Station, a short 13-minute walk away, or Turin (TPY-Porta Nuova Rail Station), 13 minutes away.

The property is not maintained at all. Quite all stuff are old and some temporary patch are temporary since years ago (too long the list of them to write down here). Also the cleaness is not satisfatory. Only 2 pillows, 2 linens and 2 cheap blankets were provided, so no change to have a good/additional blanket or pillow. The guardarobe is not accessible and inside you can find some jurassic reperts. The room is small, but with a good maintenance and the right furniture could be a good place. Anyway is very difficult to have 2 good bed places. Finally they charged 20 Euro more due to late check-in (on 5 days stay)

The only complaint that we have is that the hot water is on a timer regulated elsewhere. So when we had to leave early for an early flight, we could not have a shower as the water was freezing cold and did not come on till at least 9 a.m. This was very inconvenient and again as we noticed in Italy, as we travel a lot, it is all down to penny pinching but the accommodation is not cheap and you would not expect hot water to be a luxury!
