About this house rental
Welcome to Beans at the Beach! Our brand new construction in AVON, NC on Beachcomber Drive, is just a short stroll away from the beach. We are Saturday to Saturday weekly rental, located ocean-side, our house offers the perfect blend of modern and coastal charm. Step inside to discover four bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 twin bedroom with twin trundle bed) on the first floor; including a master suite with its own bathroom featuring a double vanity. All rooms have fans, and the king and queen bedrooms have smart TV. You will also find a peaceful reading nook looking over the first deck with our local books that are worth a read.
The second floor has an amazing open plan with a spacious kitchen, an island that seats four, a bright dining room with plenty of natural light with a table that comfortable seats eight, and a living area with a big comfortable sofa and a smart TV opening into a second-story deck with even a little sneak peek of the ocean view. A work desk with a desk lamp is also provided.
Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outdoor shower, and an area to wash off your sandy feet. Our house has parking for max. three cars.
About the Location: Enjoy the convenience of being less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, which has two beach access points - one with stairs and one without- getting to the beach is a breeze.
The main sound-side public area (Canadian Hole) is located 8 minutes away with a car and free parking - a great area for younger kids to enjoy the water, paddle boarding, kayaking or Surf Kiting - which is known to be one of the best in the country! Also, has the best sunsets!
Enjoying fishing at the Avon Pier which is only a 4 minute car drive, fishing and bait shop is only 1 minute away car drive.
Food Lion grocery is a 5 minute car drive.
Cape Hatteras Lighthouse (the tallest lighthouse in the USA) is 13 minutes drive, Bodie Lighthouse is 40 minutes drive.
NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island is 60 minutes drive.
We are located a short walk to local amenities such as coffee shops, restaurants, fishing shop, seafood market, ice cream shops and more. Take walks along the sidewalk to explore Avon, or enjoy a bike ride throughout the village. Whether you're seeking a relaxation, or adventure, our beach house offers the perfect coastal getaway in one of Avon's best streets to stay in!
We love pets, but to ensure our home remains comfortable for everyone, we consider pet requests on a case-by case basis. If you'd like to bring your furry friend along, please send us a message with details about your pet, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

The house is beautiful, open, & airy, with fresh, new but comfortable vibes. My 4 y/o was delighted when he found a trunk of toys “just for him,” and my 9 y/o girl felt like a teenager with her own room and a TV in it. The outdoor shower is huge & beautifully crafted. Even with the big shower-head, the pressure was good & the water hot. The big couch was comfy & the kitchen/dining area was roomy. We cook most of the time we are down, so we were excited to see a fully stocked kitchen. The kids even had their own dish-ware. The neighborhood was quiet & the kids liked the short walk to the ice cream shop. We are already discussing going back next year.

New beach house tucked away in a quite established area in Avon. Short walk to the ocean-side beach and to nearby businesses. Could not have been a nicer stay! Our first time to the Outer Banks and it felt like we hit the jackpot with this property.
