    I was extremely disappointed with my stay due to the lack of basic facilities and poor service. Carrying heavy luggage up the stairs was exhausting because there is no elevator, making it very inaccessible. To make matters worse, the bathroom ventilation was poorly maintained, resulting in a damp, unpleasant odor that lingered in the room. On top of that, the staff were unfriendly, showing a complete lack of hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made. If you travelling with children, you surely be charge for "not being clean". Wow.
