Czystość, wysoki standard, "domowy" klimat. Cisza, ładna "kawiarnia" w ogrodzie i niedaleko do plaży. A do tego uśmiech i życzliwość właścicielki.

W promieniu 500 metrów mamy sklepy Dino i Polo Market, aptekę, pocztę, dwie Żabki, kościół. Tylko 150 metrów na przystanek komunikacji miejskiej skąd można dojechać do Kołobrzegu. 15 minut pieszo nad morze. W okolicy bardzo dobra infrastruktura rowerowa. Pokój na obiekcie zgodny z opisem. Na miejscu parking. Dobry kontakt z właścicielami.
