    The room and the facilities are thoughtfully designed for dogs' comfort. Outdoor grass park and indoor playground are sectioned for dogs of similar sizes. Wipes and disposable bags are reachable at every corner. The room had nice amenities (shampoo etc.), towels, food/water bowls and pads for dogs. A separate washing station and drying box were built in the rooms for nice baths. The KINOCK also operates doggie 'treks' and 'consultation sessions' for free. We signed up for the '1-hour trek' and had a chance to walk to Bomun lake with the trainer and other dogs. The trainer was very friendly and informative. Thank you for this great program, KINOCK! Although the location is a little isolated, since we had our car, we enjoyed the calm surroundings of KINOCK. The front staff were also very friendly and helpful. Sniff cafe was great and staff were friendly. The only thing we were not satisfied with was the cleaning service. The staff who cleaned our room seemed not properly trained. We had some disposable bowls and dishes washed/cleaned and tucked away (near the electric kettle) to use for the next in-room meal. When we returned to out room after a long day, everything we saved for a purpose was gone. The cleaning staff decided to make the decision on one's own to throw them all away. As far as I know, this is not proper hotel-room keeping. My knowledge is that you leave everything in the room intact (although it looks like trash to you) without judgement until the guest actually checks out. The only thing takeable is the 'tip' on the bed/bedtable and things already in the trash can. This needs to be conveyed to the cleaning staff, and they need to be properly trained not to make judgement calls on their own. Considered this issue solved, I would definitely go back, and also recommend to other families. with 댕댕이. :-)

    We really enjoyed our stay, our dog was over the moon running in the yard and getting all the good treats. I wish he had more days to stay.

    해변이 붐비기 전에 바다수영을 시켜주고 싶어서 급 떠난 여행이었습니다. 호텔이 깔끔해서 체크아웃 직전에 1박 추가했어요. 반려견과 함께 경주 여행을 계획하고 계신다면 추천합니다.
