Laundry “facilities” as advertised is only a washer, no dryer. This means you will have to hang your clothes and towels to dry on the balcony. Also, you are only provided one set of towels per person for stays up to 7 days, which means if you want clean towels you can wash them and then hang them to dry. I realize this is normal in Europe but if you know people from the US especially are renting from you then it should be communicated that there is no dryer and to bring extra clothes so you don’t have to wash.
Also, not all toiletries promised were provided, only body wash.
Close to an airport and train so it can be noisy if you sleep with the windows open.
