We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Estrella and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The service was excellent from start to finish — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They gave us fantastic recommendations for local food, which really made our trip even more enjoyable.
The location is perfect: just a short walk to the catacombs and the main street, yet situated in a scenic and very safe neighborhood. It felt peaceful while still being close to everything we wanted to see.
The bathroom was clean, though there was a small leak, and the room was a bit cold in February. However, it wasn’t an issue at all once we got an extra blanket.
Overall, a great experience with warm hospitality — we would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay, as the room was dark, cold, and had serious moisture issues, likely due to being located on the first floor with no windows. Even with the air conditioner on, the air quality was poor. The entire place needs an upgrade.
We are sorry to leave a negative review, as the reception staff member was very kind.
