I really like this hotel, I always stay there when I come to Ierapetra, the service is very good, the location is absolutely the best place in Ierapetra, there are shops nearby, the bus station is nearby, the only thing I don't like this year is the hotel app itself, what happened to you, why is my app crashing, there is no way to review my order, there is no way to do anything, don't order anything else, book an apartment, well, I couldn't book an apartment in Krakow, I couldn't see my nights, I can't do anything at all, and this has been going on for two months, the same thing happened to me in Munich, I couldn't even check in.
