    The location was convenient and the room size comfortable, complemented by good secure parking. Staff were friendly and helpful and facilities met expectations, though housekeeping left something to be desired. Having to take out the bins on leaving was also quite inconvenient. While value for money was good, the stay was generally pleasant.

    The location was great being so close to the tram. However once checked in I found a used condom rapper under the beside table and the toilet made noises on/ off all night.

    Pulled pull out sofa for my daughter to sleep on there were peanuts left on mattress. When pulled sheet to put on sofa bed there were ants in sheet. Also 1 toilet roll per visit for 3 days. If you need more you had to pay for it. Absolute joke

    $200 deposit yet had to remove your own rubbish and then purchase additional toilet paper extra
