Room cleaner to a high standard 5 days a week. Heated pool and spa are a very welcome bonus and unusual for accomodations at this price point in the area.

Overall, a very pleasant stay at El Palmar. The location is excellent - very walkable to the beach, restaurants, and also close enough to Yumbo without being noisy.
The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the complex is calm and well cared for.
The apartment itself was well equipped. We didn’t use the cooker, but everything looked clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, although it was made up of two single mattresses pushed together, which isn’t ideal for a couple. The only real downside was the shower - the water pressure was quite poor.
We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. The spa jacuzzi was excellent and a real highlight, especially with the included one-hour free access. We also noticed people using the gym; it looked basic but perfectly adequate.
Overall, a very good stay with great staff and location. We would happily return - just wish the shower pressure was better and the bed was a proper double.
